Michelle Barratt Psychology pursues a high standard of ethical practice and will refer to other colleagues if the treatment plan developed uniquely for each client requires a referral to other specialists.
Dr James McAuliffe
Children and Adolescent Psychiatrist
James has fellowships with both the College of Psychiatrists and College of Physicians (Pediatrics & Child Health). His main interest is in the mental health of children and adolescents. He uses a broad biopsychosocial model and is particularly focused on family involvement in treatment.
Fiona Jamieson
Clinical Psychologist
Fiona works with children, adolescents and their families. She is passionate about helping children, youth and their families become happier and more resilient. She aims to bring a good dose of warmth and humor to all her appointments. Fiona’s interests include behavior, attention and concentration, trauma, mood, bullying, social skills, self-harm, and the parent-child relationship. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and is a board-approved supervisor.
Clinical Psychologist
Michelle owns Michelle Barratt Psychology where she endeavours to make people feel safe and secure. Michelle is a Clinical Psychologist who primarily works as an adolescent, adult, and couples therapy psychologist. She has a wealth of experience in managing families through complex situations of conflict, and is passionate about empowering children and adolescents to build resilience and self-esteem to ward off depression and anxiety. Michelle is also a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Lindamood-Bell believes that all children and adults can learn to read and comprehend to their potential. For over 30 years, our intensive, one-to-one instruction has been used to strengthen the sensory-cognitive functions needed for reading, comprehension, and maths.
